These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Box Canyon AI LLC's ("Box Canyon AI," "we," "us," or "our") AI-powered voice receptionist service. By signing up for or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Box Canyon AI provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service ("Elliot") that answers inbound calls on behalf of trade businesses, collects service request information, and delivers automated SMS notifications to the registered business owner.

2. SMS Messaging Program

As part of our service, Box Canyon AI sends automated SMS notifications to registered clients when a new service request is captured by Elliot. By signing up for our service and providing your phone number, you consent to receive these notifications.

• Program name: Box Canyon AI Lead Notifications
• Message frequency: One SMS per completed intake call. Frequency varies based on your call volume.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@boxcanyonai.com.

3. Subscription and Billing

Box Canyon AI is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information during onboarding
• Configuring call forwarding to direct calls to Elliot
• Following up with callers whose information is captured by Elliot
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding customer communications

5. Service Limitations

Box Canyon AI's AI receptionist is designed for intake and lead capture only. Elliot does not:

• Diagnose equipment or provide technical advice
• Schedule appointments or dispatch technicians
• Provide pricing or estimates
• Guarantee call quality in all conditions

6. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, and content associated with Box Canyon AI's service is the intellectual property of Box Canyon AI LLC. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our technology without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Box Canyon AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including missed calls, lost revenue, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid in the most recent calendar month.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Box Canyon AI reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
